How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You get full access to all features for up to 50 devices during the trial period.
What counts as a "managed device"?
A managed device is any Windows 10/11 device with an active agent connection. Devices that haven't connected in over 30 days are not counted toward your limit.
How are AI queries counted?
Each Copilot conversation turn counts as one query. Running a PowerShell command directly (without AI) does not count toward your AI quota.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my device limit?
New agents above your limit will connect but be queued until you upgrade or existing devices drop off. You'll get an in-portal notification when you're approaching your limit.
Is there a plan for more than 1,000 devices?
Yes — the Enterprise+ plan supports unlimited devices with custom pricing. Contact us to discuss volume pricing.
